Separating our restaurant know-how from the classic RY CPAs brand to the Fork CPAs will allow us to further dedicate restaurant accounting experts to the appropriate engagements, scale our internal efficiency, and provide you with more value-add services.
Although all our Fork CPAs team members have access to the same resources and expertise as those working on other accounting and advisory clients, the Fork CPAs team is 100% focused on restaurant accounting, projects, and advisory services. This allows our Fork CPAs team to master restaurant-specific tools and software (such as Craftable, MarginEdge, and XtraChef), develop and maintain effective vendor relationships, and provide industry-specific advice, planning, and processes.
